Instructions for downloading.


Once you click on "Click here to down load file", you will need to click on SAVE and save the file to your desktop. Another box will pop up and you will need to click on RUN, you will be asked if you are certain that you want to download the unknown file, please click on RUN. Then click on NEXT.

A usage agreement will appear asking you to read and agree to the terms of using this software. After reading agreement, you will need to check on the box and click NEXT.

Then you will need to click NEXT again. The installation process will start. Once complete click FINISH. It will guide you to restart your system. Please do so. Once it comes back up it will ask you for your username and password. This is the username and password given to you by the internet technician. You must enter it correctly in order for the high speed to download to your computer.
